Coola Popper 2.0

CGH “Coola Popper 2.0”.  Layered foam, surface popper style fly/flure (fly lure) w/ articulated tail for that extra bit of wiggle.  Designed to be fished in both fresh and saltwater environments for surface feeding fish.  This pattern works best with a floating line and standard strip retrieve.
