At Checkyourflies.com, we are a marketplace that connects you with independent makers offering bespoke, handcrafted items. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, but as each item is shipped directly from the maker, there are a few important things to keep in mind when it comes to shipping.

Shipping Fees

  • A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to each order of flies. Oversized shipping fees for nets, and fly rods may apply. This fee is allocated to the individual makers in order to cover the costs of providing trackable shipping within the USA and Canada.
  • If your order includes items from multiple makers, you may incur additional shipping fees based on the number of items and their respective makers.

Shipping Times & Processing

  • As we work with independent makers, the time it takes to ship your order may vary depending on each maker's processing time. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and can be influenced by the nature of the bespoke items you’ve purchased.
  • Orders are shipped directly from the makers, and each item may have different handling and shipping times. We ask for your patience as our makers prepare and send your products.

Tracking Your Order

  • You can opt into the Shop App to easily track your order and receive updates. This app will provide you with real-time tracking information once your items are shipped. You can find this on the order page.

Potential Delays

  • While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, external factors such as holidays, weather delays, or restocking of materials may cause your order to take longer than expected. These are variables outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Multiple Shipping Fees

  • Because each maker handles their own shipping, if your order contains items from different makers, you will be charged a separate shipping fee for each maker. Each item will ship individually from the maker’s location.
